Easter is a wonderful time of the year. It's a time of hope, warmth, flowers, and CHOCOLATE! What makes that chocolate so addictive? Well, for me it's the sugar. I have found that my cravings for junk food go up when sugar, salt, or chemicals make up a high percentage of the "consumable". I also find that chocolates which have more natural ingredients and less sugar generally taste better, are more satisfying, and don't leave you feeling like you need more. Next time you buy chocolate, consider the ingredients. But, as we all know, eventually, all of it ends up being eaten.
