No, I don't mean how's your lawn looking with all the rain we've been getting this spring. If you've been sitting idle most of the winter and decided to hit it hard this past weekend, you know exactly what I mean! I for one, over did it just a little and now I'm paying for it. A little advice on proper bending and pacing yourself will allow you to accomplish all you set out to do minus the lower back pain. Sometimes I recover in a couple days and sometimes I do not. If you're not recovering as well as you thought you would, I suggest you give us a call and have one of our physical therapists evaluate you to ensure it's not something more than a mildly pulled muscle.
