New Years is a time to allow yourself a fresh start. Every year, we pick something to work on, but this year is different. Rather than making a resolution, we are absolutely going to keep doing what we've already been doing - Eat Smart, Walk More, & Drink Water! Back in August we began changing our diets. Sick of being fat, miserable, and over medicated, we quit the meds, put on a happy face, and started eating better. The weight is still off and we feel great. It's so much easier to stay happy and healthy when you stop consuming sugars, chemicals, and general junk. Believe me, when your sick of being sick, you find fruit and vegetables much more enjoyable than chips and dip. Speaking of which, I have not been sick at all since July and normally around this time of year, I've gotten the flu. I think it has something to do with a better lifestyle and I will absolutely plan to stick with it!
